Our
Story
Workplace Ear Care was founded by husband and wife David and Nicola Miller.
​
Over the years they've noticed a glaring omission from Company Wellbeing Offerings - Ear Care.
It's an area of health and wellbeing which is often ignored by companies, unless Health and Safety regulations come into play in noisy workplaces.

So why shouldn't quieter workplaces invest in ear health wellbeing too?!
​
Nicola has over a decade of experience in Audiology settings both in the NHS and privately. Studying at Audiology at University of Southampton, Nicola has had a passion for all things ears and hearing from a young age, and has always been passionate about raising awareness of hearing in everyday settings.
Nicola has always found it surprising how little most people know about their ear health as so many ignore their ears and hearing until they encounter problems. Many people she speaks cannot recall ever having a hearing test, which shows the scale of the problem.

David has a background in Corporate Finance and Audit, and has witnessed firsthand throughout his career the absence of ear health from company wellbeing benefits.
​
And so was born Workplace Ear Care and our on-site ear care services, to provide ear health checks, and full hearing tests to your employees whilst they're at work, without them even having to leave the building.
